RedGan – Dryers

Smart drying for high-efficiency ZLD systems.

Deepflow’s RedGan dryers are designed to handle organic and saline sludges from evaporation and filtration systems. These horizontal units use indirect heating with a dimple jacket and internal agitators to ensure uniform drying while minimizing fouling and emissions.

Two energy options are available:

• DYH – Heat pump-driven for low-temp applications or when steam is unavailable

• DYS – Steam/hot water-driven for integration into centralized energy loops

Thanks to the scraper shaft and continuous mixing paddles, RedGan achieves stable drying performance with final sludge moisture around 20–30%.

Each unit features a Davit-arm front opening for safe and easy cleaning, and is built with corrosion-resistant materials like Titanium or 2507.

RedGan dryers are the optimal choice for post-evaporation sludge reduction, ensuring compact footprint, odor control, and simplified maintenance.
