Ithryx – Vacuum Crystallizers

Precision salt recovery for high-salinity wastewater.

Deepflow’s Ithryx series crystallizers deliver reliable, energy-efficient solutions for the final stage of ZLD processes. These systems operate under vacuum and are optimized for concentrated brines and metal-rich waste streams.

Two configurations are available:

Vertical Crystallizers (DCH, DCS): batch systems up to 3 t/day, with internal scraper to prevent scaling and ensure consistent crystal growth.

Forced Circulation Crystallizers (DCRH, DCRS): continuous operation above 3 t/day, with enhanced heat transfer and turbulence for stable performance.

All Ithryx models are modular, corrosion-resistant (Titanium or 2507), and can be powered by heat pumps or integrated with waste heat (steam/hot water). Ideal for recovering salts and solids downstream of evaporators and membrane systems.
