Henan Jinfu Project – Complete Membrane System Skid Package

Deepflow supplied a complete membrane-separation skid package for the Henan Jinfu chemical project, including ultrafiltration (UF), reverse osmosis (RO), and CIP cleaning modules.

The system features a standardized skid-mounted design with integrated piping, controls, and structural frames for rapid modular installation. All equipment was engineered, fabricated, and assembled by Deepflow, and successfully delivered to the client’s site in Hebi, Henan Province.

 Project Overview

The membrane system consists of three independent skids:

· Stage 1 System: 18 units of 8040 RO housings (6-element configuration) for primary desalination.

· Stage 2 & 3 Systems: 6 units of 8040 RO housings each, designed to maximize recovery and reduce concentrate discharge.

· UF System: 16 ultrafiltration elements (48 m² per element) for pre-filtration.

· CIP System: Equipped with three 3 m³ cleaning tanks and one 1 m³ chemical tank, complete with security filters and industrial-grade pumps.
