As China's largest and the world's second-largest producer of refined shellac, shellac red pigment, and wax products, Anning Dake Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. was jointly established in 1995 by the state-owned Yunnan Anning Chemical Factory and American Dake Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of India's UPL Group. The company is located in Changpo, Kunming, China. In 2021, it expanded its production capacity and relocated to the Dianzhong Military-Civilian Integration Industrial Base, specifically the Tai Ping 2.5 Creative and Intelligent Industrial Park D-1.

Specializing in the production of natural bleached purple gum, our products are registered with the US FDA and have passed Kosher certification. We adopt international food additive standards and GMP good production processes. After the second phase expansion, we produce 1000 tons of refined purple gum products annually, which are exported to countries such as the United States, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Israel, and Australia. Our customers are in the fruit and vegetable preservation, pharmaceutical, food, and coating industries.

Can purple glue wax fruits, color drinks, and sing?

Lacquer is currently the only known commercial resin derived from animals.

1. Film preservation agent: Chocolate and high-end fruits such as apples, oranges, and cherries have excellent surface preservation skills.

Technical difficulties and processes of the project

1、 Technical difficulties

1. Wax waste liquid with high COD, high salt content, and high viscosity;

2. Low energy consumption demand for zero discharge process of waste liquid;

3. The problem of clogging and scaling of mixed waste liquids containing salt and organic compounds under traditional evaporation and concentration;

4. The problem of evaporation and solidification of high viscosity materials.

2、 Technological advantages

1. This project focuses on high concentration, high salt, and high viscosity waste liquids. Based on laboratory research and development data, a new low-energy fully evaporative treatment process is designed to achieve the engineering challenge of zero liquid discharge treatment of waste liquids from purple gum production;

2. The new membrane distillation treatment process greatly reduces the daily operating costs of treating high concentration waste liquids.
