Zhaoqing Leoch Integrated Skid-Mounted Wastewater Treatment Project

Deepflow supplied an integrated skid-mounted wastewater treatment system to Leoch Battery Group’s Mexico plant (50 m³/day). The 316L stainless-steel unit with IE4 motors ensures efficient oil-water separation and sludge reduction, delivering a compact and energy-efficient solution for high-salinity wastewater.

Project Overview

Designed and manufactured by Shanghai Deepflow Eco-Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd., this integrated skid-mounted wastewater treatment plant was supplied to Leoch Battery Group’s Mexico facility. The system treats 50 tons per day (≈ 4.17 m³/h), featuring a compact layout for easy transport and rapid installation.

All core units are constructed in 316L stainless steel (6 mm thickness) and equipped with IE4 high-efficiency motors rated for 460 V – 60 Hz operation. The system includes an oil separator, coagulation-flocculation and sedimentation tanks, sludge filter press, chemical dosing stations, and a PLC-based automation panel. It provides a fully automated process covering both physical and chemical treatment stages.

After commissioning, the plant achieved excellent removal of suspended solids, oils, and heavy metals with low energy consumption and high operational stability. This project marks an important step in Deepflow’s international expansion and demonstrates its ability to deliver modular, energy-efficient solutions for industrial clients worldwide.
