Xinjiang Tianchi Energy Project – Complete Modular Dosing Skid System

Deepflow designed and built a complete chemical dosing skid system for the Xinjiang Tianchi Energy project, equipped with 66 MILTON ROY metering pumps and IE4 motors. The system enables synchronized multi-chemical dosing and remote monitoring, offering a reliable, energy-efficient solution for wastewater treatment in the energy sector.

Shanghai Deepflow Eco-Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. supplied a complete modular dosing skid system for the Xinjiang Tianchi Energy Project, executed under Winner Environmental’s management.

The system includes 20 dosing tanks, 66 metering pumps, integrated piping, automation, and electrical modules—all fully engineered, fabricated, and commissioned by Deepflow.

At its core are MILTON ROY high-precision metering pumps combined with IE4 energy-efficient motors, ensuring long-term reliability under high-temperature, high-salinity, and high-alkalinity conditions.

The skid integrates multi-stage dosing units for pH adjustment, coagulation, flocculation, and oxidation-reduction, all governed by a PLC-based automation platform with real-time monitoring.

This successful delivery reinforces Deepflow’s leadership in modular dosing technologies for energy and coal-chemical industries in Western China.
