Suzhou Dazhi Information Accessories Co., Ltd. is affiliated with Juteng International and is an important processing and assembly manufacturing base of Juteng International. Suzhou Dazhi is located in the the Taihu Lake Lake basin and has high requirements for environmental protection and energy conservation. Therefore, the company takes the initiative to assume social and environmental responsibilities and strives to achieve near zero discharge of production sewage (ZLD).

The main technical difficulty of this project is how to effectively remove pollutants, achieve near zero discharge of production wastewater, realize water resource reuse, and recover valuable materials from water bodies, as the wastewater from the anodizing line has the characteristics of strong material acidity, multiple component types, and complex composition.
In response to the production wastewater in Suzhou Dazhi factory area, the environmental protection technology team of Wending conducted in-depth research and analysis on the composition and characteristics of wastewater in each workshop based on the company's technical accumulation and industry experience. They confirmed the use of physical and chemical+biochemical treatment, membrane separation, and evaporation crystallization processes, and ultimately formed a complete zero discharge solution for production wastewater, with the goal of reducing hazardous waste such as emulsions by more than 80%.
Main processes, technical difficulties, and innovation points
The technological innovation points are as follows:
(1) Using the combination of efficient air flotation technology and biochemical processes, remove recalcitrant organic pollutants from wastewater;
(2) Adopting full membrane separation technology to reuse water and material resources in the sewage system for production purposes;
(3) Concentrated saltwater is separated through an energy-saving MVR evaporation device to achieve the goal of "zero discharge" of production wastewater;
(4) Design a modular low-temperature vacuum evaporator/ceramic film process equipment to achieve significant reduction of hazardous waste, which accounts for over 80% of high concentration CNC emulsified cutting waste.

Project management delivery
In July 2021, the Wending Environmental Protection Project Team entered the project site of Suzhou Dazhi Information Accessories Co., Ltd. Under the pressure of tight schedule and heavy tasks, the company organized its human resources reasonably, and the project team strictly controlled the project progress according to the plan, adhering to safety and quality objectives. After four months of unremitting efforts, the project was finally completed on time with quality and quantity guaranteed. As summarized by the collaboration and management personnel related to the project, the Suzhou Dazhi project has achieved strict control standards for safety and quality throughout the entire process from design, procurement to implementation and delivery, reflecting the commitment to environmental protection.
In the project construction, Wending Environmental Protection always maintains good communication with the owner. During daily morning meetings, work plans and tasks are assigned, and pre shift safety education is conducted. Regularly inspect the compliance of labor protection wearing and operation at the construction site, ensure the standardization of equipment installation, regularly hold project stage summary meetings, and grasp the construction progress in real time and throughout the process to ensure the quality of project progress. During the project implementation period, relevant documents such as daily plans, weekly plans, and construction schedules are made public and transparent to the owner, and construction adjustment plans are made according to the owner's production requirements.

The Suzhou Dazhi project entered the site on July 15, 2021 and completed system debugging on October 31. During this period, the measures taken by Wanding Environmental Protection in project safety management, technical operations, and important node control, as well as the strong execution ability of the project team, have received unanimous praise from the owner.
