The agglomeration and separation of oil sludge in coal chemical wastewater and the recycling of aluminum resources in oil sludge are current research hotspots in the fields of environmental protection and resource recovery. The oil sludge in coal chemical wastewater is complex in composition, containing a large amount of emulsified oil, suspended solids, and organic matter. Traditional treatment methods are difficult to effectively separate and recover valuable resources from it. Agglomeration separation technology uses specific agglomeration materials to coalesce tiny oil droplets in wastewater into larger ones, thereby achieving oil-water separation. Research has shown that the synergistic effect of high charge, low polymerization degree inorganic composite materials and low charge, high polymerization degree organic composite materials can significantly improve the agglomeration and separation efficiency of oil sludge.


Experiments have shown that under the condition of a ratio of 500:1 between inorganic and organic composite materials, the removal rates of oil and suspended solids (SS) in wastewater can reach 55% and 98%, respectively. In addition, coalescence separation technology also has good removal effects on organic compounds such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), benzene derivatives, and phenolic substances in wastewater.

Oil sludge in coal chemical wastewater is rich in aluminum resources. By using pyrolysis activation method and acid-base combination method to treat oil sludge, efficient regeneration of aluminum resources can be achieved. The study has determined the optimal regeneration conditions for aluminum resources, and the pyrolysis temperature and activation treatment process are crucial for the recovery efficiency of aluminum resources. The regenerated aluminum resources can be used as adsorbents for wastewater treatment, exhibiting good adsorption performance. The agglomeration and separation of oil sludge in coal chemical wastewater and the recycling of aluminum resources not only help solve the problems in coal chemical wastewater treatment, but also achieve the recycling of resources, which has significant economic and environmental benefits. In the future, with the further optimization of technology and the promotion of industrial applications, this field is expected to provide important support for the sustainable development of the coal chemical industry.
