Zhejiang ORG Packaging Co., Ltd. – HC20 Evaporation Pilot Project

Deepflow has started a new cooperation with Zhejiang ORG Packaging Co., Ltd., launching an on-site pilot test using the HC20 heat pump evaporation system.
The project aims to evaluate the concentration and reduction of liquid waste streams produced from chemical-physical and filtration treatment processes within the plant.

Project Overview

The pilot installation will operate from October until the end of 2025, focusing on the concentration of sludge and chemical residues derived from wastewater pre-treatment.
Deepflow’s HC20 heat pump evaporator will be used to process these effluents, achieving stable operation under high-salinity and variable-composition conditions.

The test phase will validate the performance of the system in terms of evaporation efficiency, condensate quality, and sludge characteristics. If the results meet the expected performance, ORG Packaging plans to extend the project to a full-scale system utilizing waste heat (thermal residues) to produce dry sludge, further reducing disposal costs and increasing overall energy efficiency.

This cooperation marks another step in Deepflow’s continuous effort to promote energy-efficient, closed-loop wastewater treatment solutions in the packaging and coating industry.
